  • Make sure the valeting team is fully aware of the specifications agreed

  • Aim to complete every valeting job within 48 hours
  • Supply and maintain the necessary stock of materials and chemicals
  • Supply, service and maintain the necessary number of pressure washers, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, and buffing machines
  • Ask our NEBOSH qualified Health and Safety Manager to check that the requirements of health and safety legislation and COSHH are fulfilled, and that Risk Assessments are completed
  • And most importantly, manage the daily issues arising from the valeting of the dealership’s vehicles

Valeting

Before we start we carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the dealership’s valeting requirements in order to gain a clear understanding of their business and their specific needs. We then work with the dealership management to develop an efficient and effective valeting solution, appropriate and tailored for their company.

We provide a full range of valeting services:

  • New, used, commercial & service full valets
  • Executive full valets
  • Service department washes
  • Re-cleans prior to delivery
  • Paint protection applications
  • Machine buffing of bodywork
  • Sticker removal

Spruce & Shine

Direct Valeting now provide a Spruce & Shine mini valet service to add to the services offered by the dealership’s service department. Service department customers are sold the benefit of upgrading the free standard service wash to a premium higher specification wash.

Spruce & Shine raises customer satisfaction scores and increases dealership profitability.

The Spruce & Shine service includes:

  • Full shampoo of vehicle bodywork including wheels
  • Vehicle bodywork leathered dry
  • Door shuts cleaned and dried
  • Bodywork wax treatment

SMART Repair

Direct Valeting offer a comprehensive on-site SMART repair service to improve the image of any vehicle and add value.

We repair the kind of minor damage to vehicle bodywork which reduces the value of the vehicle in the eyes of a potential buyer. Carrying out the service at the dealership location reduces the amount of time the car spends out of the showroom, and ensures it is sold for the highest possible price.

Driving Duties / Meet & Greet

We also offer driving solutions. All our operatives are fully trained and managed in order to meet your vehicle movement requirements.

We always work together with our customers to ensure that the correct insurance requirements are in place along with agreed guidelines.

In addition our driving solutions, we also provide a ‘Meet & Greet’ service. This service provides a personal touch, as our operatives will guide them into the service area for their ease. This service can also be used in conjunction with our ‘Spruce & Shine’ service, for added customer service.

We can meet and greet service department customers, show them to the waiting area, make them teas and coffees and get the person they are looking for. All operators are smart, well- presented and friendly with fantastic customer service skills.

Vehicle Photography

We offer a professional photography service to capture images of your stock vehicles.

Once the vehicle has been cleaned, our operative will take a number of photographs, of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle so that they can be uploaded to your company website and listed for sale, quickly and effectively.

Image+ is an ideal way of capturing images for all of your stock vehicles when the vehicle is at its best condition. Our valeting teams will professionally capture images agreed with your business and upload to our quality control department before the vehicle is priced and placed on site.

The uploaded images are then taken through a series of high level quality control procedures. Upon completion, we will then upload the vehicle imagery to your website and any additional 3rd party feed websites you require.
