What We Do

Retail motor dealerships value fully managed solutions. That means a company that doesn’t look to reduce costs by overstretching managers, paying low valet fees, or using poor-quality materials.

There are cheaper alternatives, but these will not give the benefits of our fully managed service.

Our service is overseen by our operational management team:

  • Source and supply a professional and dedicated team of tried and tested valeters

  • Make sure the valeting team is aware of the specifications agreed

  • Check that each vehicle finished to the required standard

  • Ensure the appearance of the valeters conveys the right image of professionalism

  • Aim to complete every valeting job within 48 hours

  • Supply and maintain the necessary stock of materials and chemicals

  • Supply and maintain the necessary number of pressure washers, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, and buffing machines

  • Ensure we undertake risk assessments via our NEBOSH-qualified Health and Safety Manager. Ensuring we meet health and legislation and COSHH

  • Manage the daily issues arising from the valeting of the dealership’s vehicles

We have developed and implemented a comprehensive system of well-defined and documented procedures. They are regularly assessed and audited to the ISO9001 quality standard which ensures that the service levels align with those agreed up front.

Valeting

We carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the dealership’s valeting requirements in order to gain a clear understanding of their business and their specific needs. We then work with the dealership management to develop an efficient and effective valeting solution, appropriate and tailored for their company.

Our service is fully managed by our operational management team, who will:

  • New, used, commercial & service full valets

  • Executive full valets

  • Service department washes

  • Re-cleans before delivery

  • Paint protection applications

  • Machine buffing of bodywork

  • Sticker removal

Driving Duties / Meet & Greet

We also offer driving solutions. All our operatives are fully trained and managed in order to meet your vehicle movement requirements.

We always work together with our customers to ensure that the correct insurance requirements are in place along with agreed guidelines.

In addition to our driving solutions, we also provide a ‘Meet & Greet’ service. This service provides a personal touch, as our operatives will guide them into the service area for their ease.

We can meet and greet service department customers, show them to the waiting area, make them teas and coffees and get the person they are looking for. All operators are smart, well- presented and friendly with fantastic customer service skills.

This service includes:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom ensuring that everyone is being looked after.
  • Take customers to the service/parts department.
  • Take details and hand out brochures when required.
  • Replenish stocks of brochures/tea and coffee facilities etc.

Vehicle Photography

We offer a professional photography service, we call Direct View, to capture images of your stock vehicles.

Once the vehicle has been cleaned, our operative will take a number of photographs, of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle so that they can be uploaded to your company website and listed for sale, quickly and effectively.

Direct View is an ideal way of capturing images for all of your stock vehicles when the vehicle is at its best condition. Our valeting teams will professionally capture images agreed with your business and upload to our quality control department before the vehicle is priced and placed on site.

The uploaded images are then taken through a series of high level quality control procedures. Upon completion, we will then upload the vehicle imagery to your website and any additional 3rd party feed websites you require.

Showroom, Office and Workshop Cleaning

It is essential that dealership showrooms always look at their best, to meet the manufacturer’s inspection requirements, enhance brand reputation and to provide a business-like environment.

Our specialist car showroom cleaning service is available to all our valeting customers.

We ensure that the showroom reflects the quality of the vehicles and enhances the customer experience. Our teams use the latest equipment and eco-friendly products to ensure windows are gleaming, floors are buffed and surfaces are thoroughly wiped down and dust-free. We can provide cleaning services for every area of the dealership, from the sales floor and workshop to staff areas and washroom facilities.

We guarantee holiday and sickness cover, comprehensive performance monitoring and managers and operators fully trained in COSHH and health & safety.

This bespoke service can include:

  • Office and showroom cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming and emptying bins

We have worked with Nilfisk for many years; they have a full range of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment nationwide, with a large team of mobile Service Engineers.

They provide an excellent service, including a same-day/next-day response to breakdowns, ensuring continuous use and limited downtime which could affect our customers.  Their reputation of being able to supply and maintain cleaning equipment anywhere on the UK mainland quickly and competitively is well deserved, and we continue to rely on them for this purpose.

Rightcheck

Sourcing the right valeters is vital to our success; not only in making sure that we offer our customers a continuous service by having reliable valeters, but also ensuring that all of our valeters have the right to work in the UK.

Using the Rightcheck App and management portal, we carry out compliant Right to Work checks, in accordance with the Home Office legislation, giving our customers peace of mind.  This also makes our recruitment process faster and more efficient, allowing us to promptly situate our valeters on site.
