Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or discrepancies
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic IT skills for updating systems and records
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Checking in vehicles upon arrival, ensuring all details are accurately recorded
- Inspecting vehicles for damage and noting any issues clearly and consistently
- Photographing vehicles to document condition and support records
- Updating internal systems with vehicle status and progress
- Coordinating vehicle movement within the site
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensuring vehicles are parked safely and organised correctly
- Monitoring turnaround times and highlighting delays or issues
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
